Apporia Mobile LP is the billing entity for digital services and subscriptions. If you (or someone sharing your card) purchased a subscription or in-app content, the charge appears under our name rather than the app's. Check the amount and date against your purchase — and if it still doesn't ring a bell, contact support and we'll trace it.

Email support@apporia.ai from the address you used at purchase, or use the form above with the topic "Cancel my subscription". Cancellation stops all future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Send us the charge date and amount and we'll review your request — most refund decisions are made within a few business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Yes. Payments are processed by PCI DSS–certified payment providers over encrypted connections. Apporia.ai never stores your full card number, and support will never ask you for it — we only ever need the charge date, amount, and the last 4 digits.

A bank dispute can take weeks to resolve. Contacting us directly is usually faster — we can often resolve the issue or refund an eligible charge the same day. If a dispute is already open, let us know so we can coordinate with your bank.
